Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Operations Manager. Relocation assistance will be provided for any candidate residing outside a 50-mile radius of Cleveland, TN!
The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year.

What you'll do:The Operations Manager will plan, organize, staff, direct and control the overall value stream operation to optimize productivity, labor targets, quality and customer service.
Job Responsibilities• Develop and monitor departmental and individual goals, objectives and growth to improve plant performance.
• Plan, develop and install new Industry 4.0 technology and concepts for improvement of our High 5 metrics
• Utilize analytical skills for problem solving and decision making.
• Coordinate all projects and production programs in support of divisional and plant objectives. Drive improvement efforts using tools such as Eaton Lean Systems and Continuous Improvement Framework.
• Plan, select, appraise and develop personnel in support of the plant objectives and in line with corporate processes and expectations.
• Clearly communicate the progress of major plant activities to the Plant Manager and Staff.
• Maintain a safe work environment by providing a facility, manufacturing methods, tools and equipment that comply to state and federal regulations and Eaton's MESH requirements.
• Implement and/or support all programs that will achieve a prescribed productivity improvement.
Qualifications:Required Qualifications: • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 3 years experience managing people

Preferred Qualifications:• Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited institution; Masters degree from an accredited institution
