Clean Harbors in Sparwood, BC is looking for an Insite Operations Manager to join our Team! This field manager will be responsible for organizing, planning, and coordinating day to day operations and field personnel to ensure projects meet cost and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all corporate and regulatory requirements;
Lead by example in safe work practices and risk mitigation;
Conduct field observations, audits, and incident reviews;
Ensure personnel are properly trained, equipped, and supported;
Own regional financial performance including:
Budget development and management
Revenue forecasting
Profit & Loss oversight
Cost control and margin management;
Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining service quality;
Plan, organize, and coordinate daily field operations and emergency response activities;
Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources effectively;
Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget expectations;
Support mobilization and demobilization planning;
Serve as a key operational contact for client representatives;
