Title: Operations Counsel
Location: Boca Raton, FL (Full Time/In Office)
RequirementsResponsibilities:- Assist in coordinating and managing operational activities related to construction projects.
- Support the preparation, negotiation, and administration of third-party contracts and vendor agreements.
- Conduct reviews and maintain accurate records of contractual obligations, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Oversee and coordinate activities related to litigation matters, including liaising with legal counsel and reviewing claims records.
- Ensure proper management, compliance, and execution of corporate contracts in alignment with organizational policies and applicable laws.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve operational, contractual, and compliance issues efficiently.
- Maintain organized documentation and reporting systems to support communication and decision-making between business and legal departments.
Qualifications:- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience and familiarity with contracts.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems.
- Excellent negotiation and written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
