At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We're working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!

This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.

As an Operations and Systems Integrator for the New Glenn program, you will play a critical role in developing and operating the next generation of heavy-lift launch vehicles. This position requires applying systems engineering practices across multiple disciplines to achieve our vision of "millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth."

You will be a key contributor and authority on all aspects of your assigned subsystems, including the Concept of Operations (CONOPS), functional architecture, components, software, and integrated system interactions. Working closely with design, manufacturing, and operations teams, you will follow the development of component hardware and autonomous software through integrated testing. Your primary goal is to ensure seamless system integration and feed lessons learned forward into the operational phase of the flight vehicle.

The ideal candidate is diligent, future-thinking, and can manage a broad set of complex data. You will work across subsystems to support coordinated solutions, create constraints and limits for test and launch teams, and ensure the consistent implementation of system engineering practices across the program. A deep passion for Blue Origin's mission is essential.
