OverviewResponsibilitiesJob PurposeThis position is responsible for managing administration and compliance of the asset-level project financing agreements for a specific geographic region of Pattern's operating asset fleet. The position will be a founding member of the new regional financial organization and will contribute to building the culture of operational excellence across Pattern's fleet.
Primary ownership of project financing administration and compliance, including internal and external financing counterparty administrative relationships. Contribute to successful closing of project financing transactions. Manage counterparty consents, amendments, waivers. Monitor and report externally on asset financial performance. Perform financial and contractual analysis, forecast project cash and advise on project cash distributions, execute on management reporting and external reporting deliverables. Depending on portfolio configuration, position may involve some delegation and oversight of more junior team members.
Contribute to the cross-functional team responsible for strategic evaluation and value optimization for a portfolio of operating assets. Use asset administration platform to monitor potential value improvements: cash optimization, 3rd-party tax equity and debt investment improvements, project purchase options, enhancements such as refinancings, LC and swaps rotations. Drive value through project administration improvements: work-flow automation, ERP integration, management reporting, compliance processes.

QualificationsExperience/Qualifications/Education Required- 6 to 10 years relevant work experience, including portfolio management, contracts, finance, energy, banking, asset management, tax, and/or project management role, with preference for substantive renewable energy and project finance experience.

The expected starting pay range for this role is $111,000.00 - $138,000.00 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern's compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
