The Openlink Endur Architect will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise solutions built on ION Openlink Endur. The role will focus across multiple commodities , covering broader trading architecture with Endur as core ETRM implemented in data driven architecture along with other trading applications.
Key responsibilities include:- Own the end-to-end technical and solution architecture for Endur implementations and enhancements.
- Design scalable solutions for physical commodities, including crude oil, refined products, LNG, natural gas, power, and other bulk commodities.
- Translate business and functional requirements into Endur solution designs, data models, interfaces, APIs, and technical specifications.
- Provide architecture governance and design oversight for Endur configuration, custom development, scripting, and integrations.
- Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, performance assessments, and troubleshooting of complex production issues.
- Collaborate with traders, schedulers, risk managers, operations teams, business analysts, developers, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
- Establish standards for Endur extensions, data modeling, integration patterns, deployment, testing, and support.
- Mentor Endur developers and implementation consultants and provide technical direction to cross-functional delivery teams.
- Support solution estimation, implementation planning, release management, and stakeholder communication.
Basic Qualifications:- 10+ years of enterprise software development, solution architecture, or technical architecture experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on Openlink Endur experience, including at least five years in a lead architect or senior solution architect capacity.
Preferred Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering Endur solutions for physical commodity trading and the full trade lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of deal capture, pricing, valuation, market and credit risk, scheduling, logistics, settlements, accounting, and reporting.
- Experience designing Endur data models, interfaces, APIs, custom extensions, and integration solutions.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, system integration, performance, scalability, security, and production support.
- Experience leading distributed development or implementation teams and working directly with business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
