Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced Onsite Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large-scale active adult community in Lakewood, New Jersey.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced community association environment.

Salary $105,000-$110,000
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a large active adult community.
  • Work closely with the Board of Trustees to implement policies and achieve community goals.
  • Prepare Board meeting agendas, management reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Develop and monitor operating and reserve budgets.

  • Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and applicable regulations.
