Professional Services Consultant - Auto/Mate DMS Parts Implementation/Training Specialist

The Role

Are you passionate about helping businesses thrive? As a DMS Parts Professional Service Consultant, you'll be a key player in providing on-site or remote training and expert advice to ensure our clients' dealerships achieve peak efficiency and profitability with the Auto/Mate DMS Parts applications. Enjoy traveling 75% of the time, meeting new people, and exploring new places as you make a difference!

What You'll Do
  • Deliver engaging on-site consultation and training sessions during new installations of Auto/Mate Enterprise Software, fostering customer confidence and trust.
  • Provide expert advice to dealership management on best practices for system setup and software usage, ensuring compliance with business plans, industry trends, existing processes, and relevant laws.
  • Collaborate closely with dealership management to gather critical data for decision-making and reporting.
  • Guide customers in creating custom reports and dashboards to meet their specific reporting needs.
  • Ensure the successful completion of the onsite training plan by monitoring progress throughout the installation week.


What You'll Bring
  • 3-5+ years of dealership Fixed Ops experience required, including roles in dealership Parts department management.

  • Prior Auto/Mate DMS experience is a plus.
