From weekly team meetings where colleagues share wins, exchange ideas, and discuss best practices to opportunities to connect socially, our Seattle office values both teamwork and individual contributions.

As Office Manager, you'll play an important role in fostering that environment and helping our attorneys and legal professionals do their best work.

Our Seattle office is led by Sitar Bhatt, Branch Managing Partner, with regional leadership provided by Michael Drews, Northwest Regional Managing Partner.

Our leadership team values an open-door approach, meaningful communication, and empowering team members to take ownership of their work.

You'll work closely with attorneys, administrative professionals, and regional leadership to help ensure the office operates efficiently while maintaining a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment.

At Tyson & Mendes, strong office management is essential to the success of our litigation teams. Your perspective, initiative, and ability to bring people together will be valued.
