Overview

 

M&J is seeking Office Engineers to maintain project documentation including RFIs, shop drawings, change submittals, meeting minutes, correspondence, and contract records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, shop drawings, change submittals, meeting minutes, correspondence, and contract records.• Track contractor submittals and shop drawings and coordinate review with project staff and TxDOT personnel.• Maintain quantity tracking logs and documentation for progress payment estimates in TxDOT SiteManager.• Preparation and documentation of change orders and force account work.• Maintain document control systems and electronic project files in accordance with TxDOT documentation requirements.• Prepare meeting minutes for progress meetings, coordination meetings, and partnering meetings.• Preparation of monthly progress reports and project status reports required by TxDOT.• Support project staff with contract administration documentation, records management, and contractor correspondence.• Coordinate, prepare and maintain documentation and activities related to materials testing.• Assist with preparation of contractor performance evaluations and project closeout documentation.
