Offensive Cyber Operations Instructor
The Opportunity:As an Offensive Cyber Operations Instructor, you will leverage hands-on offensive cyber, non-traditional, and Alternate Access Operations (AAO) experience to develop and deliver instruction supporting Cyber-Enabled Air Superiority (CEAS) and related mission sets. You will teach offensive cyber concepts, execution approaches, and operational integration, helping students understand how cyber operations are conducted and how they fit into broader military objectives. You will support curriculum development, instructional materials, tool integration and scenario-based training while collaborating with other instructors and stakeholders.
You Have: - Experience with military or DoW offensive cyberspace operations, including execution, initial access development, effects delivery, post-exploitation activities, or offensive tool development
- Experience contributing to offensive mission planning from a technical execution, analysis, or development perspective
- Experience translating operational intent into technically executable cyber tasks
- Experience developing or supporting concepts of support or courses of action for cyber operations
- Experience briefing, instructing, mentoring, or formally training others in technical or operational topics
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience with DoD offensive cyberspace operations (OCO) and computer network operations (CNO) or Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with DoW offensive cyberspace operations (OCO) and computer network operations (CNO)
Nice If You Have: - Experience with joint cyber mission planning, Type-II and III access, Offensive Cyber Operations, or Off-Net OCO mission sets
- Experience with CCAF-certified courses, roles, guidance, and responsibilities
- Experience leading curriculum development, training scenarios, or instructional materials
- Experience operating in Air National Guard or Department of the Air Force environments
- Experience in development, modification, or sustainment of offensive tools, payloads, and scripts
- Experience with multiple operational capability areas such as Title 10 and Title 50 environments, cyber, RF, EMSO, EW, space, or telephony
- Bachelor's degree in cyber or engineering
- Advanced cyber Certifications such as GIAC GPEN, or OSCP Certification
- Completion of Joint Information Operations Planners Course, STO Planners Course, RIOT, FORGE, or Basic Operators Course

CompensationSalary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
