Who you'll care forBristol Glen is a continuing care community. Residents live in independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, so your caseload has real variety. What you'll do- Evaluate residents' physical and cognitive abilities and set individual rehab goals
- Plan and deliver therapy that builds independence in daily tasks like dressing, bathing, and eating
- Recommend adaptive equipment and changes to a resident's space that help them stay safe
- Track progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as residents improve
- Work with nursing, the therapy team, and families to plan each resident's care
What you'll needRequired:
- Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license
- 3-5 years of related experience

ScheduleFull-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, day shift.
