school-based Occupational Therapy team at Total Education Solutions (TES) in Cleveland!
As part of our
cohesive and collaborative OT team, you'll work alongside professionals who understand that
workload matters-not just caseload numbers. We believe in supporting our therapists so they can provide high-quality services and meaningful outcomes for their students. π€
This is a
full-time, 40-hour-per-week position that offers
flexibility in your schedule. π School-based experience is preferred but
not required-we're happy to support the right OT as they transition into school-based practice!
You'll work with students in our partner schools, serving
grades K-8, and provide hands-on support to help students develop the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom. You'll also
supervise COTAs, complete evaluations, and develop plans that help students grow and shine. π

π― What You'll DoAs an
Occupational Therapist, you'll help students develop the skills they need to participate and succeed at school and beyond.
- β Help students build fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills that support school success
- π« Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to create supportive learning environments
- π₯ Provide direct OT services, both individually and in groups, as outlined in IEPs and provide supervision to OTAs
- π‘ Recommend tools, strategies, and accommodations based on your professional expertise
- π Monitor student progress, participate in IEP meetings, and celebrate student successes with your team and complete ETRs
- π§ Use creativity and incorporate fresh, evidence-based approaches into your work
β’ What We're Looking For- π Ohio OT License and Ohio ODE License required (or eligible)
- π Ability to drive for work with appropriate auto insurance (25/50k liability coverage)
- π Clear background check (BCI/FBI)
- π©Ί Current TB test
