What We're Looking For: - Must have pediatric experience; school-based experience preferred.
- Holds (or are eligible for) a valid California OT license
- Masters Degree or Doctorate
- Passionate about supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings
- Communicates effectively and thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
- Brings strong clinical skills and warm, client-centered approach
- Eager to learn, grow, and continuously develop their professional expertise
What You'll Be Doing: - Delivering Direct therapy conducting assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments
- Collaborating Closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams members to support student success
- Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports
- Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities
- Providing supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed
