Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals, in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective therapeutic strategies
- Provide occupational therapy interventions, including adaptive equipment training, cognitive rehabilitation, and sensory integration techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based research to continuously improve patient outcomes
Requirements:- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Maine
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
