Please note this full-time position would split their time between our Glendale and Surprise locations. What we offer:

Skills & Qualifications
What You'll Need
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current licensed Occupational Therapist and registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association and licensed in applicable state.
