Occupational Therapist - Home Health - Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County

Qualifications:
  • We want people to join our team who are qualified, caring, ethical, honest and professional.
  • Current OT License in the state of CA with 1 year experience.
  • Initiative diagnostic, preventive and rehabilitative procedures as appropriate to the patients care.
  • Ability to Create a Plan of Care by evaluation and assessment of patient's levels of functionality; and maintain continuity of and or multidisciplinary services whenever needed to ensure good coordination of care.
  • Highly Motivated with Passion for working with the senior population and the ability to blend healthcare and hospitality service philosophies.
  • Timely Documentation according to state, federal and organizational guidelines.
  • Dependable, Good communication and Organizational Skills.
  • Ability to work alone and as a team member.
  • Participation in Staff meetings, and In-Service Reviews.

Requirements:
  • Active Occupational Therapy License in the state of CA.
  • Dependable Transportation, Current Driver's License and auto Insurance.
  • Current CPR
  • Ability to perform the physical aspects of the position.
  • TB testing.


Required experience:
