Salary Range: $52.00-$62.00 per hour (depending on experience)
As an
Occupational Therapist (OT), you will:
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for the patients in the comfort of their homes, focusing on improving their daily functioning and quality of life.
- Provide therapeutic interventions such as exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment to help patients achieve their goals.
- Evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to maximize their independence.
- Educate patients, families, and staff on the use of assistive devices and techniques.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to care.
- Document patients' progress and maintain accurate records.
Must Have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California.
- Strong understanding of therapy techniques, healthcare reimbursement, and documentation requirements.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to working with patients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement.
- Experience with Kantime EMR
