Overview
True 1 on 1 patient care (avg 7-8 patients per shift) - CHT - OT or PT Hand Therapist. $5K Sign On Bonus - Student Loan Reimbursement
Are you gettting burned out seeing 16-24 patients a day? You will never see that here! Your daily caseload will average between 7-10 patients per day! True 1 on 1 care is what we pride ourselves in, ensuring you do not feel burnt out during your drive home after work. We are seeking a outpatient hand therapist to join our dynamic team in Santa Monica, CA! This can be an Occupational or Physical Therapist. This is at our outpateint Performance Sports aspect of Providence St. John's. We work with a good amount of high level athletes as well as your typical outpatient ortho patients. You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities. All of our therapists get membership with Evidence In Motion (Professional Development Program), so, if continued education and growth is something you are drawn to: we are the company for you.

About
Compensation: $50 - $63 per hour + $5K Sign on bonus, student loan reimbursement, 401K with a 4% company match, paid continued education with Evidence In Motion, plus more.
