We value time in patient care, maintaining appropriate and optimal caseloads.
We are prioritizing your interests and professional growth.
We collaborate with Luminis Health colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach.
What You'll Treat
As part of our outpatient team, you'll work with a wide variety of upper extremity diagnoses, from post-surgical hand and wrist cases to complex orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, and hand. Whether you're experienced or working toward becoming a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), this is a great setting to deepen your specialty while making a real difference in your patients' recovery and function.
How We Support You
We believe great therapy happens when clinicians have time, autonomy, and the tools they need to succeed. That's why we offer manageable caseloads, collaborative support, and mentorship tailored to your interests. Whether you're refining manual techniques, learning new protocols, or preparing for the CHT exam, you'll have the flexibility and encouragement to grow at your own pace, without sacrificing quality of care or work-life balance.
Where You're Going Matters
We understand you're not just looking for a job, you're building a career. Whether your path includes becoming a CHT, leading a team, teaching others, or expanding your clinical expertise, we're ready to help you get there. You'll have opportunities for advanced training, leadership roles, and professional development that fit your goals, not a one-size-fits-all plan.
