Occupational Therapist (Full Time)

Qualifications

• Current and unrestrictive Occupational Therapy license in California
• Master's degree in a related field
• Ability to complete safety training within the first 90 days
• Experience with sensory integration and developmental disorders
• Familiarity with evidence-based, play-centered therapy approaches

Responsibilities

• Establish treatment goals using dynamic and standardized assessment tools
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to create integrative treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and co-treat therapy sessions as appropriate
• Contribute to the autism diagnostic process through clinical insight and assessments
• Deliver therapeutic services both in-person and via telehealth
• Complete documentation accurately and within designated time frames
• Implement neurodiversity affirming, play-based interventions
