Job Title:Occupational Therapist
Pay Range:$55-70/hour
Job Description:Position Highlights- Location: Greater Redmond, WA area
- Position: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- Setting: In-person, school-based
- School Year: 2026-2027
- Grade Levels: Preschool through High School (varies by assignment)
Responsibilities- Evaluate students to identify occupational therapy needs related to educational performance
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services in school settings
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, families, and related service providers
- Recommend and implement adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and classroom accommodations
- Monitor student progress and maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, self-care, and functional skills that promote success in the classroom
Qualifications- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
