Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• Four years of experience in applying safety processes in an industrial context.
• Knowledge of Safety and Health regulations and safety management principles.
• Experience with incident investigation and causal analysis methodology.
• Strong communication skills for high-stress situations and emergencies.
• Ability to independently recognize and escalate issues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to promote a safety culture across the organization.
• Develop strategies to mitigate workplace hazards.
• Lead incident investigations and identify root causes.
• Complete and submit incident reporting forms for customers.
• Coordinate safety incident responses including evidence management.
• Communicate safety findings and recommendations to leadership and subcontractors.
