About the Role:

The Nursing Manager for the RTF at Springbrook Behavioral Health System plays a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality psychiatric nursing care to our RTF patients. This position is responsible for ensuring that all nursing staff adhere to best practices and regulatory standards while providing compassionate and effective care. The Nursing Manager will lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes both staff development and patient recovery. Minimum Qualifications:
