- Partner with nursing leadership to strengthen clinical outcomes, survey readiness, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a strong leadership team while promoting accountability and a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee financial performance, staffing, budgets, census development, and operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners.
- Establish clear expectations, address challenges proactively, and drive measurable improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and Wisconsin regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For- Active Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license required.
- Previous experience as an NHA in a skilled nursing facility strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing home operations, regulatory compliance, survey processes, and financial management.
- Demonstrated success leading teams, improving performance, and developing a positive employee culture.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A visible, approachable leader who takes ownership and leads by example.
