APRN with minimum two years of experience in independent practice.

Valid driver's license required for transportation.
Ability to meet performance standards set by the Attending Psychiatrist and Nursing Supervisor.

Full Job Description
The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for:
Providing direct client services which includes substance abuse disorder (SUD) evaluations, formulation of diagnosis, medication management, and developing initial treatment plans to the Worcester County programs.
Participating as a member of the multidisciplinary team and work closely with the attending CMO.
Qualifications:
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with minimum two years experience and who is approved for independent practice
Current CPR certificate or obtains certification within 90 days of hire required
Experience in SUD treatment
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory to the Attending Psychiatrist and Nursing Supervisor.
