Qualifications: - A Masters degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Eligible or current Massachusetts license, with national certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, as applicable)
- Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration are required.
