GENERAL OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our busy and expanding Pain Management practice at Jefferson Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients suffering from acute and chronic pain conditions. The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with an experienced Pain Management physician and a team of healthcare professionals to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide follow-up care, and help manage a growing patient population in both the outpatient and procedural settings.

Success in this role requires the ability to work collaboratively with the supervising physician, nursing staff, and other members of the care team to ensure seamless, patient-centered care. We are looking for a motivated provider who is eager to contribute to the continued growth of the practice, build strong relationships with patients and colleagues, and play a key role in delivering exceptional pain management services to the community.
This job is an integral part of the care delivery system working together to provide a healing environment, by placing our customers first. The incumbent provides specialty and critical care healthcare services in physician office(s) and non- acute based settings with a focus on chronic health conditions in specific populations in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization within the CRNP scope of practice. Specialty certification, advanced procedures with appropriate privileging, weekend and on-call coverage on a rotational basis, as required. E-consults and telehealth could be included in the care provided.
