Description

Job Title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Salary: $75 - $85 per hour

Location: Tustin, CA

Families Together of Orange County (FTOC) is a rapidly growing Federally Qualified Health Center (look-alike) located in Tustin, CA, looking for a full-time or part-time experienced NP or PA licensed with at least 2 years of primary care experience who can practice in California.

FTOC provides an array of services in the community, including office-based primary care face-to-face services, primarily telehealth/telemedicine, OBGYN, dental services, vision, mental health, infectious diseases services, COVID-19 vaccine/test sites, and much more. Core Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Respond to and deliver care according to protocols and procedures.
  • Evaluate and treat patients for acute care and emergency medicine complaints based on standardized procedures and protocols.
  • Consult with a physician for conditions outside protocol parameters and identify patients who require transfer to an Emergency Department.
  • Assess patients' medical, traumatic, and psychiatric issues and document all findings using the S.O.A.P method and EMR.
  • Participate in Quality Management and Peer Review activities, attend administrative meetings, and provide clinical support for other services as needed.

Education, Qualifications, and Experience:
  • 2+ years of Previous Primary Care experience as a licensed NP or PA (Preferred)
  • Bilingual Spanish (Required)
  • Unrestricted license to practice in CA
  • Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration (continuous)
  • Board Certification (continuous)
  • BLS Certification (continuous)


Work Schedule:
  • This position is scheduled for minimum three days per week from 9 AM - 6 PM at our Tustin Clinic.

( Flexibility with days Monday - Friday )

Salary Description

$75 - $85 per hour
