Current licensure in the State of Indiana.
Certification by ANCC/AANP for Nurse Practitioners or NCCPA for Physician Assistants.
Ability to work 3 12-hour shifts per week.
Willingness to participate in weekend and holiday rotations.

This hourly position is required to work 3 12 hours shifts per week, 2 out of every 6 weekends, and be in a holiday rotation.
