The nationally recognized Hepatology team at Mayo Clinic Arizona provides care for a diverse patient population with a broad spectrum of liver diseases. This highly collaborative practice brings together expert nursing staff, advanced practice providers, and hepatologists dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current AZ RN and APRN license and certification as a ACNP or FNP.

Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice.

Additional Qualifications:
Active BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required
