40 visits per week (telehealth and in-person), with
additional incentives for visits above 40 per week.
There are also opportunities to increase earnings based on productivity and the mix of telehealth and in-person visits.
Average NP earnings are approximately $154,000 annually with additional visit incentives.This structure gives you a clear opportunity to increase your earnings as your experience, confidence, and productivity grow.
WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Mobile Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients in their homes and through telehealth.
Clinical ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive in-home health assessments
- Evaluate and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and care plans
- Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
- Provide preventive care and health education
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, home health agencies, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation
- Participate in population health and quality initiatives
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with patients and caregivers
WHAT YOU BRINGRequired- Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Florida APRN License
- National Board Certification as one of the following:
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP)
- Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
- Current DEA Registration or ability to obtain
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
