QualificationsEducationNurse Practitioner- Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Licensure & CertificationsNurse Practitioner- Current Kentucky Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure
- Current ANCC/AANP certification
