Nurse Practitioner - ICU Neonatal - Full Time

Qualifications

• Licensed in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
• Board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in Level III NICU preferred
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to infants in the NICU
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans
• Monitor and manage critically ill neonatal patients
• Educate families regarding infant care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
