Full Job Description
The Nurse Manager oversees daily nursing operations across all SHHC sites, ensuring nursing staff are supplied, skilled, and scheduled to best serve patients in alignment with SHHC's mission. This role combines hands-on patient care as a Registered Nurse with management responsibilities, including training, compliance, and policy oversight for both nurses and triage medical assistants. Must be able to travel to all SHHC sites as needed. Core Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (MSN preferred)
Current Pennsylvania RN license
