Unit Manager Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist in the management and direction of the Nursing Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator or the Director of Nursing to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.
As a Unit Manager, you are delegated the responsibility and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties for the unit you are assigned to manage.
What we would like you to have:
Active license to work in the State of Colorado as an RN or LPN
Preferred: one - two years of management experience
Preferred: two+ years of long-term care experience
