About the RoleAs the
Nurse Manager, Operating Room, you will oversee 24-hour operational accountability for the OR, ensuring excellence in patient care delivery, caregiver engagement, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and fiscal stewardship.
You will lead and mentor nursing teams, champion evidence-based practice, and help shape the strategic direction of perioperative services. This role is ideal for a leader who balances operational expertise with genuine compassion and a commitment to professional growth.
Compensation & BenefitsCompensationAnnual Salary Range: $147,721 - $221,603Actual compensation is based on factors including education, experience, training, certifications, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity.

What You'll BringRequired Qualifications- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
- Minimum three years of OR nursing experience
- Minimum two years of nurse leadership experience
- Progressive leadership experience such as Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or similar leadership role
- Financial and budget management experience
