Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Manager of Perioperative Services, you will provide comprehensive leadership and operational oversight for all perioperative phases, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient surgical care. Your role optimizes patient outcomes and staff performance.Every day you will manage multidisciplinary teams, optimize surgical schedules, oversee resource allocation, and implement best practices to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency. You will also monitor financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement.To be successful, you need extensive perioperative clinical/leadership experience, a deep understanding of surgical processes, and exceptional interpersonal/problem-solving skills. Your ability to inspire staff, manage challenges, and align services strategically will be paramount in fostering excellence and achieving superior surgical outcomes.
