GENERAL SUMMARY:Role OverviewAs a Nurse Manager, you will lead, manage, and develop patient care delivery across multiple sites or departments. You'll work in partnership with nursing, the healthcare team, and leadership to ensure quality patient care in accordance with Henry Ford Medical Group and Henry Ford Health policies. Your role is critical in empowering staff, fostering innovation, and driving continuous improvement in patient care services.
What You Will Do- Lead and supervise the delivery of patient care across multiple sites or departments.
- Collaborate with nursing, the healthcare team, and leadership to ensure quality patient care.
- Facilitate staff empowerment and innovation in patient care delivery models.
- Assume fiscal management responsibilities in conjunction with the Administrator.
- Stimulate a collaborative multidisciplinary team approach to improve patient care services.

QualificationsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:What You Will NeedRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related field.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
- Current BLS or ACLS certification per Henry Ford Health policy.
- Three to five (3-5) years of progressively more responsible experience demonstrating leadership skills in a clinical setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications- Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or equivalent.
- Successful completion of Henry Ford Ambulatory orientation.
