Position Details:The Nurse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of an assigned patient care department, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care. Qualifications:Education- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- BSN preferred.
Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state of practice.
Experience- Minimum of three years of nursing experience required.
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
Certifications- BLS required.
- ACLS and PALS required within 90 days of hire.
Skills- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise and understanding of patient care operations.
- Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and drive quality outcomes.
