Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Anesthetist to join our dynamic and growing Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine. As a nurse anesthetist at one of the nation's premier academic medical centers, you'll have the flexibility to tailor your professional path to match your goals-whether that's clinical excellence, academic leadership, or work-life balance!
- Competitive Pay: Up to $359K for experienced CRNAs; $277K starting salary for new grads
- Sign-on Incentives
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $65,000 in completion bonuses
- Education Expense Program: Up to $40,000 in tuition reimbursement
- $10,000 relocation stipend (if eligible)
- Extra paid time off awarded on start date:
- 5 additional PTO days
- 56 hours (FT) or 12 hours (PT) of personal time
- $3,000 yearly CME dollars - Option to rollover CME funds annually

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- NBCRNA certification required.
- Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by Pennsylvania Board of Nursing
