What You Will Do- JOB SUMMARY
Leads and owns procurement strategy for the NTM category in the Americas, aligning to global
objectives and business priorities. Accountable for delivering commercial value through sourcing strategy,
supplier performance and cost optimisation, while leading and developing Category Buyers to deliver
category outcomes.
- WHAT YOU WILL DO
Principal Accountabilities • Define and lead NTM category objectives aligned to business priorities and stakeholder needs
• Lead sourcing strategy and execution, including supplier selection, performance and relationship
management
• Lead and represent procurement in governance forums and drive cross-functional alignment
• Accountable for delivery of cost savings, value targets and budget control
• Lead, develop and set direction for Category Buyers, ensuring delivery of category objectives
• Accountable for ensuring contracts deliver value, quality and service outcomes
Accountable for compliance with procurement policies, governance and regulatory requirements
• Own risk identification, mitigation and management across the supplier base
• Accountable for delivery of sourcing projects and contract outcomes.
Critical Decisions• Define category approach based on NTM demand drivers, constraints and business objectives
• Accountable for compliance with regulatory and legal requirements within the category
• Own risk identification, mitigation and escalation
• Define and lead category strategy and sourcing approach
• Lead supplier selection, award and exit decisions
• Lead commercial negotiations and define contract terms
• Own end-to-end contract lifecycle and delivery of commercial value
• Own and approve budgets, cost-saving targets and value delivery initiatives.

governance and decision forums.
• People leadership capability, including direction-setting, coaching and delivery oversight for
Category Buyers.
QualificationsEducation, Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Essential - Significant experience in procurement, category management, strategic sourcing or supplier
management within a regional, multi-market or complex category environment.
• Experience managing NTM, direct materials, product supply or comparable complex procurement
categories.
• Experience developing and executing category strategies, sourcing approaches and supplier
strategies aligned to global objectives.
• Experience leading commercial negotiations, supplier selection and contract outcomes.
• Experience managing supplier performance, supplier relationships, risk, mitigation and
escalation.
Desirable - Experience working in the Americas or within a regional procurement structure.
• Experience working with adjacent product supply categories.
• Experience working across regulated consumer goods, manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in procurement, supply chain, commercial,
business or a related discipline.

Annual Base Salary Range: $138417.00 - $184555.00
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or incentive compensation.
