Requirements/Preferred Experience:
SRSMG is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family-Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (FIP) Division
Minimum two (2) years of full-time NP/PA experience in primary care required
Experience providing care to pediatric and adult populations in primary care preferred
Active, unrestricted California NP or PA license required
Current board certification in applicable specialty required
Comfortable practicing independently in an outpatient primary care setting and providing coverage across multiple clinic locations
Position Details:
Full-time salaried position with the Family-Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (FIP) Division, a separate dedicated division from our Family and Internal Medicine Departments
Monday-Friday schedule from 8am-5pm at 1.0FTE including a one-hour lunch break
Serve as a dedicated regional Float APP within North County, providing coverage across assigned North County clinic locations based on departmental and patient access needs
100% outpatient primary care with no after-hours / no call / no inpatient work
Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric and adult patients, including same-day access and support continuity of care across multiple clinic sites
Support SRSMG's Evolution initiative, an innovative care model focused on expanding patient access and enhancing the delivery of primary care
Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, and care teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience and support the Sharp Experience
Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
