Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in casualty litigation preferred.
• J.D. from an accredited law school required.
• Active PA and NJ bar license; DE bar license is a plus.
• Proven track record in handling litigation matters, especially depositions and mediations.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Experience in premises, general, and product liability, personal injury, motor vehicle, property damage, and construction law.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload from start to finish.
• Develop and oversee case strategies.
• Draft legal documents and participate in trials and arbitrations.
• Take and defend depositions of various witnesses.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients and all stakeholders.
• Mentor junior attorneys and work collaboratively with the team.
• Maintain case management while adhering to budgets and billing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage travel for court and client meetings as required.
• Follow a hybrid work schedule from the office.
