TPD is currently hiring a Senior Highway Project Manager/Team Lead.
Our ideal candidate has

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Serve as Project Manager for highway-oriented projects
- Manage and serve as mentor to Highway Design Department staff
- Assist with preparing workload and budget projections
- Perform Business Development activities including attending marketing meetings with various agencies and attending professional society events
- Review Requests for Proposals and perform assessment of project pursuit strategies
- Prepare technical and price proposals
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Assist with Quality Control/Quality Assurance Reviews
Job Requirements- 15+ years of experience
- NJ PE License required
- Previous experience with NJDOT and/or NJ Turnpike is required
- Experience working on County Projects, DRPA and DRJTBC is a bonus
- Served as a Project Manager or Highway Task Leader
- Willing to attend marketing events
- Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver's License
