Current NJ PE License

TPD is currently hiring a Senior Highway Project Manager/Team Lead.
Our ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience, a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team, and the ability to work on multiple projects. Additionally, we offer a creative, flexible, supportive and fun environment!
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as Project Manager for highway-oriented projects
Manage and serve as mentor to Highway Design Department staff
Assist with preparing workload and budget projections
Perform Business Development activities including attending marketing meetings with various agencies and attending professional society events
Review Requests for Proposals and perform assessment of project pursuit strategies
Prepare technical and price proposals
Manage project schedules and budgets
Assist with Quality Control/Quality Assurance Reviews
Job Requirements
15+ years of experience
NJ PE License required
Previous experience with NJDOT and/or NJ Turnpike is required
Experience working on County Projects, DRPA and DRJTBC is a bonus
Served as a Project Manager or Highway Task Leader
Willing to attend marketing events
Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Valid Driver's License
Pay Range: $150,000 - $200,000
