Job DescriptionPosition Description:Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Open Pit Surveyor II or III to join our team. The successful applicant will provide a high-level of accurate surveying to the Mining Group as part of the open pit mining operation.
Responsibilities:Reporting to the Chief Surveyor, the Open Pit Surveyor is responsible for the following:
- Provide a high-level of accurate surveying to the Mining Group as part of the open pit mining operation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:- Open pit mining survey experience required
- Leadership and good interpersonal skills required
- Ability to walk on uneven ground in all weather conditions required
- Strong math and computer skills required
- Strong verbal and written communication required
- Proven safe work record required
