You Are:
In global and highly ambitious team, you will develop scalable robotics solutions—from AMRs and autonomous drones to quadrupedal robots, humanoid systems, and AI-powered service platforms. Our goal: to make real industrial applications more efficient, safer, more economical—and smarter.
You work on the most pressing technology and industry challenges—in direct collaboration with experts in engineering, AI, and strategy. In an environment that encourages responsibility and takes learning seriously, you develop further with every challenge. You benefit from structured mentoring, open feedback, and projects that combine technical excellence with entrepreneurial impact.
The Work:
- Build Physical AI & Robotics solutions that transform clients’ operations.
- Development of scalable Physical AI architectures with a focus on autonomy, Vision-Language-Action (VLA) model integration, real-time systems, and simulation-to-reality pipelines.
- Management of a Physical AI / Robotics Centre of Excellence (3–10 people) across phases such as PoC, pilot, and production rollout.
- Execution of technology benchmarks, venture screenings, and establishment of robust demo and test setups leveraging the latest foundation models (NVIDIA GR00T, π0, OpenVLA).
- Close coordination with clients, partners, and Accenture industry units—from roadmap creation to productive implementation, including alignment with ecosystem players such as NVIDIA, Boston Dynamics, and Universal Robots.
- Active contribution to the Next-Gen Robotics strategy: tech roadmaps, partner development, Physical AI ecosystem positioning, and internal enablement initiatives.
- Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Physical AI Robotics offerings
- Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors
- Make the business case for the Physical AI & Robotics solution recommended to the client
- Pitch in on Accenture sales efforts when needed
- Continue to learn and develop your technical expertise and business expertise
- Be ready to rack up those air miles with weekly travel to client sites Monday through Thursday
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s What You Need:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with classical robotics technologies: ROS/ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Products, H&PS, Resources, CMT, or related industries. (Experience in Automotive, Life Sciences, and Public Services is highly preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading technical workstreams (i.e., Solution Architect, Tech Lead, or Integrative Tech Generalist in interdisciplinary teams)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading robotics, software, or technology consulting projects within industrial or research environments
- Bachelor's degree in robotics, computer science (or related) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus Points If:
- Experience with Physical AI and foundation model concepts: Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models, robot learning from demonstration, sim-to-real transfer, and synthetic data generation via world models (NVIDIA Cosmos, Genesis)
- Experience with modern robotics technology – Humanoids, polyfunctional robots, robotics hands, etc Knowledge of modern robotics operations techniques – Fleet Management Services, path planning, multi-robot orchestration and interoperability standards (e.g., VDA 5050), teleoperation and remote supervision, digital twins for monitoring and simulation, predictive maintenance and robot health telemetry, over-the-air (OTA) software and model updates, RobOps/MLOps pipelines, integration with enterprise systems (WMS, MES, ERP), and robot safety standards (ISO 10218, ISO 3691-4, ANSI/A3 R15.08)
- Experience with robot teleoperation and data collection – remote operation interfaces, low-latency video and control streaming, human-in-the-loop supervision, and demonstration data pipelines that train and improve robot learning models
- Experience integrating robot fleet management platforms with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ticketing/work order management) and enabling autonomous inspection and monitoring use cases with actionable operational insights
