Full Job Description
Indiana University Health Community Medicine Neurology is seeking a patient-focused General Adult Neurologist to join our collegial and productive team at Springmill Primary Careand IU Health North Hospital in the desirable suburb of Carmel, Indiana. IU Health North Hospital is proud to have earned advanced certification as a Primary Stroke Center from the Joint Commission and the American Health Association's Gold Plus Get With The Guidelines - Stroke quality achievement award.

Position Highlights:
  • Practice in a large academic-affiliated hospital, alongside colleagues in Neurosurgery and Neuro-oncology sub-specialties
  • Monday-Friday, night/weekend call required (in a call pool), 50-mile radius for all response
  • A mix of inpatient (25%) and outpatient (75%) work (100% clinically focused) - 4.5 clinic days per week
  • Procedures performed included EMG, EEG, and LP if preferred
  • The position is focused on general adult Neurology
Qualifications:
  • Residency training in Neurology required
  • Open to subspecialists including behavioral, critical care, general, EEG, EMG, headache, movement disorder, multiple sclerosis, neuromuscular, epilepsy, neurorehabilitation, sports, and stroke
  • American Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology
  • Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
