  • Providing expert inpatient neurological care, with a specialized focus on epilepsy management and EEG interpretation.
  • Collaborating with the general neurology team to manage a high volume of complex epilepsy and neurological cases.
  • Coordinating care with the stroke management team to ensure seamless patient transitions and outcomes.
  • Utilizing exceptional clinical research support through the Chattanooga Center for Neurologic Research, a world leader in the execution of acute stroke research including artificial intelligence, device, stem cell and other pharma clinical trails, and the Neuroscience Innovation Foundation, a private Chattanooga-based non-profit.
  • Participating in Academic & Growth Opportunities, including teaching and/or research on a local, regional, or national level.
  • Fostering strong collaborations on clinical and research protocols nationally through our direct tie to CommonSpirit Health.
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records and adhering to the highest standards of neurological care.
  • Engaging in multidisciplinary case conferences to optimize treatment for complex neurological patients.

We are offering an excellent compensation package, a favorable call schedule, a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health and wellness benefits, 401k with match, malpractice insurace with tail coverage, CME & allowance, and potential eligibility for federal student loan forgiveness.
