Develop and maintain support documentation, diagrams, standard operating procedures, VLAN references, MDF/IDF switch documentation, and wireless access point inventories.
Manage network support tickets, prioritize critical issues appropriately, communicate status clearly, and escalate to support partners or Tier 3 network engineering when needed.
Prioritize executive and business-critical support needs when required, including C-level support scenarios.
Provide after-hours or weekend support as needed for maintenance windows, outages, or time-sensitive operational activities.
Work onsite five days per week to provide hands-on support for local connectivity, campus networking, conference room issues, and project-related implementation work.
